Please contact us within 14 days from the date of item delivery if your item is damaged or if you have received the incorrect item. We do not accept returns or exchanges (other than reasons listed above) but if there is something that you are not satisfied with please contact us at 636-312-3572 or lillabellacreations@gmail.com. Any returns initiated after 14 days will not be accepted.
